This privacy policy explains how Week Tally (“we”, “our”) handles your data.
Data We Collect
- Your tallies and the names of the things you track are stored locally on your device. We do not receive or store that content.
- We collect limited usage analytics when you use the app. This includes events showing when a tally is incremented or decremented, session start and end events, a randomly generated device identifier, and technical information such as your device model, operating system, language, mobile carrier, IP address, and approximate location derived from your IP address.
- We do not ask for your name, email address, or other account information.
How We Use Analytics
We use analytics to understand how Week Tally is used and to improve the app. We do not use this information for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Third-Party Services
- We use Amplitude to process analytics data on our behalf. Analytics data is sent to Amplitude’s servers in the European Union. Amplitude’s handling of data is described in its Privacy Notice.
- We do not use third-party advertising or crash-reporting services.
Your Choices
Week Tally does not currently provide an in-app analytics opt-out. You can stop future analytics collection by uninstalling the app. To ask a question about analytics data, or request its deletion, contact us using the details below. Because the analytics identifier is pseudonymous, we may need information from your device to identify the relevant records.
